Report of a crash with injuries and fire. Bartlett police reports a suspected hit-and-run driver they were following crashed into a tree. All occupants in a green Toyota got out of the car that began to burn after the crash. E31 out with a pumper line for the car on fire. Fire knocked by 10:41 p.m.
