Report of an extrication crash on SB I-94 at MM 23.5. Very heavy traffic from construction in area. E20 on arrival by 5:49 p.m. reported two vehicles with heavy damage and one person in the roadway.
Two additional ambulances for a total of 4 requested by 5:58 p.m.
